The study sponsored by USAID, New Delhi, assesses the flow of formal housing finance in urban areas, examines innovative financial system in Bombay, Ahmedabad and Indore and provides policy directions for extending the finance system to lower  income population.

Block Development Plan for Rapar, Mundra, Lilia and Limkheda – 
Dr. Rabin Ganguly and Dr. Dinesh Mehta, 1977-78
The studies present a framework o micro level planning for employment within the context of multi-level planning framework. The emphasis is on optimum utilization of local resources.

CEPT Library houses approximately 30,000 books, technical videos, & teaching materials in the subjects of Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Technology & Management, Urban & Regional Planning, Housing, Environmental Planning, Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Design, Visual Art, Humanities etc. Besides the library has Inter Library Books Loan Arrangements, being member of INFLIBINET, with some reputed institutions in the city. The library subscribes to about 99 periodicals (Indian/ foreign journals). Library Operations are computerized to facilitate normal maintenance functions as well as search & retrieval of Books. The library is open for nearly fourteen hours a day.
