Since
1994 CEPT has been registered as a separate Society & a

education in the multi-disciplinary fields of the
built environment, offering its own Diplomas for
various academic programs, which are recognized by the
Government, AICTE and Professional Bodies. Its affairs are
managed by the Governing Council consisting of nominees of the
Ahmedabad Education
Society, CEPT Society, AICTE, Government, Experts from
Academics & the Profession/Industry, as well as its
Faculty. We also plan to introduce PhD Program in the planning

interaction between the students & the professional
experts as well as to establish students & faculty
exchange programs with institutions in India & abroad.
In-depth interaction with the faculty & students is
ensured. Considering the professional nature of the
disciplines dealing with built form, a number of experts from
the Industry/Profession, regularly teach at CEPT as visiting
